Case study: Dakius Armiel

Dakius Armiel is the first case study I did, after a question from Dave Ludwin. He provided me with a short description of a character in a fantasy roleplaying game he wanted to make, called Dakius Armiel.
I do not know a lot about his appearance or background, so there will be some wild guesses.

This is what I know about Dakius Armiel:

• He is half human and half Elf.
• He wields the twin swords of Kalish. They are twin short swords, with the ability of decapatation.
• He also carries a two handed bastard sword.
• He has a slightly above average charisma and an 18/100 strength.
• He wears elvin chainmail.
